  My dad passed away unexpectedly and due to previous recommendations we chose Brenny for his cremation. Everything seemed fine until my mother was given the bill and picked up my dads ashes. He was a donor and we were charged for transportation and mileage to and from the cities due to him being a donor. This was 850$ that we were not suppose to be charged because donor families are not required to pay the fee of a loved ones donation. This charge was not it. When my mom went to pick up my dads ashes she had to stand in the entry way when this process took place. What if someone was walking in? Brenny is the most insensitive place to think of handing someone their loved one in the middle of the doorway! No one should have experienced the loss of someone this way. So when the horrible unthinkable loved one passes consider going to somewhere where they will treat you with kindness. Because that place is not Brenny.
